Rally Education: Reducing Paper, Improving Customer Service

At Rally Education, we worked with the CEO and staff and to learn about how their business of providing test prep materials to US schools could be streamlined.

We took a manual, paper-based, system and built a database that provided the staff with the ability to electronically store documents and to electronically collect information from their warehouse.

The staff is happy now that they have information at their fingertips, and customers are happy since they get responses much more quickly.
