UBS: Six-Sigma Implementation

At UBS, we assisted with the Risk Control Operations Integration program and worked with Market Risk Officers, as well as other in the Risk Control Operations group, to develop Equities Early Reporting procedures.

The project involved working with the Risk Operations team to do statistical studies and make six-sigma-related improvements related to Market Risk Officer time-utilization.

We worked with UBS staff from London and US to deliver the project on-time.
